Create An Account
To create an account register here. All new accounts must be approved by an authorized Arrowhead representative. You must be logged into your account to place an order, view account credits, order history, and tracking status.
Payment Options
The following credit cards will be accepted: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Charges are payable to Grapevine Designs. Orders exceeding credit limit will automatically be canceled, and you will be notified. Billing address entered at checkout must match the address associated with credit card or order will not be able to process. When using a company card, please verify this address.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and Texas addresses, in accordance with state regulations. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of the states listed above.
Sizing Information
Sizing information is provided for all wearables. Refer to the size chart provided in the product description section of each product.
Ordering Status and Shipping Confirmations
An email confirmation will be sent upon order placement. Once the order ships, an additional email will be sent with tracking information. All of this information can also be found in your account profile by signing in and clicking on your name located at the top of the page.
Shipping & Handling
All domestic orders will ship via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested at checkout. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.
Post Office Box Or International Addresses
Shipments cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box. For international shipping, additional customs and/or duties fees are assessed and payable upon delivery of shipment. These charges are in addition to shipping charges collected at order placement. Unfortunately, those fees cannot be estimated in advance of delivery, as each country has a unique charge schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for damaged/defective merchandise or if you did not receive the correct product ordered. Product must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. Grapevine Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
